How long has American Bullnose Company been in business?
American Bullnose Company was started in Arvada, Colorado on February 25,1998.
Do you paint the bullnose edge?
All of our glazes are kiln fired providing our customers a durable long-lasting finish on their bullnose tile.
Where do you purchase your bullnosing equipment?
Our bullnose equipment is designed and made by American Bullnose Company.
Do you sell your bullnose equipment?
No. Our bullnose equipment is made solely for the use of American Bullnose Company and it's licensees.
Where can I find information on opening my own American Bullnose Company location?
We are currently not actively looking to open any new locations. However, if you would like to discuss the possibility of opening an American Bullnose Company location please email us.

Can you glaze a red bodied tile?
Absolutely. Our glazes can be applied over virtually any ceramic or porcelain bisque.

Is there a price list on your web site?
Because of the cost of doing business varies between locations; each American Bullnose Company facility has separate pricing.
Do you have volume discounts?
American Bullnose Company's pricing is based on quantities ordered. We have several quantity pricing tiers, the more you order the lower the price. American Bullnose Company can also customize a price list for your company's exact needs.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, there is a nominal minimum charge for any order of glazed bullnose tile.
Can I order several different bullnose tiles to satisfy the minimum?
Due to the manufacturing process each size and/or color of glazed tile trim will be priced as a separate order.
Do you price by the linear foot or by the piece?
All pricing is by the piece.
Why do full size bullnose tile cost more than a bullnose tile that is cut to size?
The larger the finished bullnose tile piece the more kiln space it requires resulting in a higher price.

How do I place an order?

Who handles the payment for the freight?
All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does a glazed bullnose tile order take to complete?
Glazed bullnose orders are typically completed in four to ten days. Larger orders may take more time. The glazed bullnose tile process: day 1, receive your tile - day 2, cut your field tile and let dry - day 3, glaze and place your bullnose tile in a kiln - day 4, unload your bullnose tile from the kiln.
How long does a through body bullnose tile order take to complete?
Through body porcelain bullnose tile orders are typically completed in two to five days. Larger orders may take more time.
How long does a natural stone bullnose tile order take to complete?
Natural stone bullnose orders are typically completed in two to five days. Larger orders may take more time.
Can I have a sample made of my bullnose tile?
There is a nominal charge for any sample of glazed bullnose tile. This charge is credited if an order is placed.
